Customer Reviews about AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪my experience at this hospital was the worst experience I ever had! The last nurse Chris told me sternly I need to calm down when I politely asked what was taking so long. I have been in the Army medical field for 17 years and never experienced more rude, inconsiderate, mouthy nurses then I've experienced here! I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to go to this hospital! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! On top of the rude nurse, check in was a joke! My girlfriend was literally bent over in agonizing pain and the receptionist could of cared less and continued checking someone else in who had a sprained ankle...They need to get there priorities straight!! The owner (who used auto reply on here) should take notes from Loyola where my mom is being treated for cancer and is a top notch professional hospital that treats the human spirit and has the kindest, nicest, doctors nurses and staff!! Oh and by the way "owner" grow some balls and reply to these complaints in your own words and stop hiding behind an auto reply!!August 03, 2017by mike w
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience ever. The hospital itself is nice but I've never met such rude people in my life. The staff acts like you owe them something when they're supposed to be helping YOU. That's what we pay them for. I will never go here again over my dead body.May 21, 2017by brooke leach
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪horrible experience here. My husband got admitted and told them the medications he was allergic to, yet as soon as he was in his room one of the medications was actually handed to him. He was so out of it he almost took it. They said they had no clue he was allergic to anything. The following morning my husband took his heart monitor off and no one came to see what was going on for an hour and a half. The doctors don't return pages. We were informed his test couldn't be done due to low staffing. The girl that transported us didn't even make eye contact with us let alone smile at us. However, one tech Fern was very sweet. She has a heart of gold and was so compassionate for us. Too bad we didn't have her more. Won't return will definitely go to Edwards from now onDecember 16, 2016by Jamie Arbataitis
